Pastor Brian Kluth is a Christian speaker and writer
on
generosity, God's provisions, and
legacy living. His books and materials
have over 650,000 copies
in print and
have been translated into over 40
languages. His ministry travels
have taken him across the country and to
more than 50 countries. His work
has been featured on TV, radio, newspapers,
and magazines. In 2009, he was
called and commissioned by his church to
become a Generosity Minister-at-Large to
the world. His wife Sandi
passed away after and 8 year cancer
journey. He remarried a Christian woman whose
spouse also had passed away. They make
their home in Denver and have four young
adult children.

Metro area that met at Mission Hills
Church (2011-2013). Videos and

played an instrumental role as the
Church Chairman in this church plant
started by Pastor Shane Houle that grew
from 8 people to nearly 1000 people in 7
years. Brian led the building
effort that allowed the church to
purchase a former racquetball club
property valued at $2.2 million dollars for $500,000
in cash. When Pastor
Shane left the church,
Brian became the preaching pastor for
one year before moving and becoming the Senior Pastor
at the First Evangelical Free Church in
Colorado Springs.
Leadership Roles

Senior Pastor of First Evangelical Free
Church of Colorado Springs from
2000-2009. In 2009, the church
called and commissioned him to become a
Generosity Minister-at-Large to the
world in order to free him up to speak,
write, and do media interviews
encouraging millions of people to become
more generous.

Past national president of the Christian
Stewardship Association (CSA). While
Brian was the CSA president CSA grew to
serving 23,000 people at 10,000
ministries with products, website
resources, city seminars, national
conferences, institute courses, and the
"Stewardship Matters" magazine.

Brian has been on the board of National
Association of Evangelicals, Headwaters
Christian Youth Ministries (Board
Chairman), elder board at Harvest Community
Church (Board Chairman), and Fort
Wilderness - a Christian Camp, Conference,
and Retreat Center.

Stewardship think tank participant with
Lilly Endowment denominational leaders
from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of
America, United Methodists, Southern
Baptists, and Assemblies of God.

Brian also served as a development
officer at Bethel College & Seminary
(now Bethel
University in the Twin Cities
of MN) for their $2.2 million dollar field house campaign,
CEO and management roles at
Fort
Wilderness Ministries, and with a
national Fundraising Management
Consulting Firm. In the 1990's he
also founded Stewardship Dynamics, a
consulting practice that conducted
fundraising campaigns for churches and
ministries that wanted to raise funds to
build debt-free facilities.
Personal &
Family
-
Brian had a wonderful marriage to Sandi
for 28 years before the LORD took her
home following eight
year cancer journey in 2010.
Brian and Sandi adopted Joshua (from
Wisconsin in 1992) and Bethany (from
India in 1996). They had a natural
born son, Jeremy in 1996. With the
help of family and friends, the 88-bed www.SandiHouse.org dormitory
at a Christian School in Uganda, Africa
to minister to needy girls and orphans
in memory of his wife.

In
2013 Brian remarried a Christian widow,
Mary Ellen Covino, and her daughter is
Alex. Mary Ellen was a special ed
elementary school teacher for 35 years
and retired in 2013. She now
travels with Brian for speaking
engagements and ministry work across the
country and around the world.

Brian grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
and graduated from Bay View High School
in 1973. His father, Frederick Kluth,
was a Battalion & Deputy Chief on the
Milwaukee Fire Department and his
mother, Delores Etringer Kluth was a
homemaker. His older brother, Ronald
Kluth, was a fireman and later became a
high school and college basketball
coach. His older sister, Paula
Davies, is an RN. His younger brother,
David Kluth, is an archaeologist with
the federal government.

Christian conversion: Through the
Christian testimony and prayers of close
personal friends, Bill and Nancy Wright,
Brian experienced a dramatic
life-altering and eternity-changing
Christian conversion experience when he
was 21 years old (audio
recording of Brian's testimony). This happened in
the fall of 1976 while he was attending
school at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison and a member of the
Theta Chi Fraternity.
